Well, the end of year holiday season is now definitely over… which means only one thing: the start of year rush of activities and extra workload. So, now, it’s more important than ever to find a new balance point between work and leisure; between exertion and relaxation; and most importantly, between your body, mind, and soul…

No, I’m not talking about adopting a philosophical or spiritual approach to rearranging your life. Before we venture into those two worlds, I thought we’d take a look at some of the simpler, day-to-day adjustments that we can do to live healthier (body), a sound mind, and a clear conscience (soul).

So, you won’t find any world-shattering secrets here (because I don’t have any), but you’ll find plenty of simple (yet profound) tips to rebalance your days… ^^
