There’s a lot to consider when it comes to anti-aging, everything from proper skincare to proper nutrition, rest and exercise, and so on, and so forth. But the one thing that most people often overlook is age itself—as in how at different ages, we should focus on different areas or different anti-aging methods. All Ages...
Unsurprisingly, healthy habits including eating well, getting enough sleep, and exercising, needs to be maintained at every age. If we want to get into some of the specific tips, then there are two major ones: (1) always wear sunscreen, and (2) don’t be afraid to spend a bit more for proper skincare products... it’ll be worth it. And if you need to cut back on your skincare budget a bit, then focus on getting quality moisturizers.


Early 20s...
At this age, we focus on hydration. Basically this means investing in good moisturizer products and drinking a lot of water. Also, try to go for gentler skincare products... especially cleansers.

Mid 20s till early 30s...
Now we move on to damage prevention. Basically you’ll want to start looking for products containing retinol, as well as anti-inflammatory agents such as vitamin A and C. Naturally, moisturizer use should continue.

Mid 30s till early 40s...
As pigmentation starts to settle in, moisturizer use should increase. And you will also need products with higher concentrations of vitamin A and C. If you are considering laser treatment to reduce fine lines, this is the time to start. Make sure you consult with a certified dermatologist.

Mid 40s and on...
What you need to remember at this age is that you don’t need to replace the skincare regiment you’re used to, and instead add to it with products that contain more and better nutrients as well as anti-aging ingredients.
