Much like cardigans, plaid shirts, and coats, leather is also a big part of fall in all the major fashion hotspots all over the globe. Of course, leather is a bit of a year-round trend as well, especially in the form of shoes, bags, jackets, and other accessories. Still, there are plenty of other, more creative and fun ways to add a touch of leather to your outfit. Below, you’ll see a couple of ideas you could try out...
First of all, let’s start with a simple accessory. A very simple one, actually: leather baseball caps. Perfect for a sporty—yet still stylish—look when you’re out for a weekend in your usual casual getup, or even when you’re wearing something a bit sharper and more sophisticated.
Now, for an edgier look, leather shorts are now all the rage. And this time around, a lot of people are pairing their leather shorts with heels. Yes, high heels. The overall effect is a dressy look that’s still comfy, especially when the temperature hasn’t really dropped yet.
For something a classier, you can always try out a nice leather dress. A nice add-on to that would be a loose-fitting cardigan or some other form of outerwear for a more feminine look.
And finally (well, for this list, that is) we have the leather pencil skirt. It might take a while to get used to wearing a pencil skirt from leather, but the effort will be worth it: a dressy top paired with a leather pencil skirt looks absolutely fabulous... (And there are tales of women successfully rocking this look at the office.)
